Bio-Diesel & Bio-Fuel Plant

We are an eco-friendly organization and hence want to harness available natural resources. We can supply bio-diesel plants from 1 KL to 100 KL from a wide variety of oils, fatty acids and molasses. Etherification of all edible oils and fats (vegetable and animal) can be done; these would require pretreatment and etherification if the following specifications are not met:

    Feed Specifications before transesterification:
  • FFA Content < 0.1%
  • Phosphatide Content as phosphorus < 10 ppm
  • Sulphur Content < 5 ppm
  • Water Content < 0.10%
  • Impurities < 0.10%
  • Temperature 122 oF (50 oC)

Trans-etherification of oil is based on chemical reaction of triglycerides with methanol to form methyl ester and glycerin in the presence of an alkaline catalyst. This reaction takes place in the mixing section while the subsequent settling section allows for separation of methyl esters as light phase from glycerine water as heavy phase.

We have a subsequent counter current washing step for methylester which removes by-product methylester and gives bio-diesel. The excess methanol present in glycerine is removed in rectification column. Further purification of Industrial grade glycerine is done by distillation process in to pharma grade glycerine.

Fabricated Chemical Plant

We offer a wide range of fabricated chemical plants, which is used in various industries such as pharmaceutical, chemical, sugar, etc. The properties of our range of products is given as:

  • The basket is fabricated from MS & SS materials Base of basket is made from cast iron.
  • Phosphatide Content as phosphorus < 10 ppm
  • Centrifuge is statically and dynamically balanced and rotated on a vertical shaft. Casing of centrifuge consists shell and base, fabricated from MS/SS plate.
  • FRP, lead or rubber-lined materials are also used.
  • Centrifuge is driven by a torque motor through a fluid coupling/clutch.
  • Casing is tilted on a CI pendulum.

Pilot Plant Centrifuge

The Pilot plant centrifuges are used for taking small trial batches in plants. The same centrifuge can be optionally mounted on movable trolley for shifting purpose and the trolley is leveled by suitable locking screw pads provided at the four ends.

Bottom driven Top discharge Centrifuge

Bottom discharge centrifuge is the most versatile & basic model of basket Centrifuge for solid & liquid separation. After centrifugation the solids are scrapped and removed manually from top.

Bag Lifting Centrifuges

n these type after centrifuging the solids are unloaded by lifting the basket top along with filter bag and solids. The filter bag is fitted with removal basket top with a bag holding ring. The ring holds the filter bag firmly while filtering and lifting.

Top driven Bottom discharge

The Centrifuge is single point suspension, where the basket is mounted over the central spindle which is suspended at top in the bearing housing. The cake is discharged at bottom through the pockets provided in the centre of the basket.

Rotary Vacuum Dryer (Vanuleuth Dryer)

Rotary Vacuum Dryer (Vanuleuth Dryer) is a cylindrical jacketed vessel with a central agitator having specially designed blades. These blades are so designed that they sweep the entire internal surface and at the same time turn the material so that all the particles are come in contact with the heated surface. The central agitator shaft is supported on the two end bearings housed in bearing housing in such a way that the alignment remains always intact. This central agitator is driven by means of a Motor & Gear box through the bull Gear.

Cooling could also be provided by cold water / brine refrigerant through the jacket. The horizontal shell is jacketed to heat the shell with steam / hot water or any other thermal fluid. Limpet coil is provided instead of jacket if the heating media is fluid. A Dust Catcher consisting of bag filter is provided on the top to prevent the losses of material particles after the drying process.

A Condenser of adequate heating surface area is provided wherein the evaporated vapors are condensed and these condensed vapors are then collected in the receiver of suitable capacity, placed beneath the condenser. A Vacuum Pump of adequate capacity is provided & fitted to the receiver to create the vacuum in the dryer shell through the Receiver, Condenser and Dust Catcher


Bucket Elevators are the simplest and most dependable units for making vertical lifts and are available in a wide range of capacities and may operate entirely in the open or in totally closed.

CENTRIFUGAL DISCHARGE TYPE BUCKET ELEVATORS. These elevators are common. Buckets are mounted at intervals on a belt or chain. The elevator will handle any free flowing fine or small lump materials. The centrifugal style elevator operates at high speeds to throw the material by centrifugal action out of the buckets into the discharge spout as the buckets pass over the head pulley/sprocket. The buckets are spaced in wider intervals to prevent discharge interference from the proceeding bucket and to assure maximum fill of the buckets at the boot end while moving at higher speed. Positive Discharge type Chain Bucket Elevators Elevator of this type is similar to Centrifugal discharge except that the buckets are mounted on two strands of chain and are snubbed under the head sprocket to invert them for positive discharge. These units are designed for sticky materials.

Continuous Discharge type Bucket elevators Continuous bucket elevators are designed to handle friable, fragile materials to minimize product degradation or damage or to handle sluggish or abrasive material. They are also used to convey light free-flowing matter where aeration of the material must be avoided. The continuous style elevator operates at a lower speed to minimize breakage of friable materials. The buckets are closely spaced on the belt or chain to allow the material to flow over the backside of the proceeding bucket, whose extended sides form a chute to guide the material into the discharge spout.

Rotary Drum Dryer

Rotary Drum Dryer is a drying system in which water / solvent removed from a solution / suspension by the heating source. Drum Dryer is a slow speed rotating drum, a part of the drum is submerged in an attached trough contains wet feed . Heat is applied to the inside of the rotating drum through drum hollow shaft and thorough rotary joint and the wet feed clings to the outside of the drum. The material is dryed during a part of revolution and is removed by a blade or scraper. The condensate inside the drum will come out through other port of rotary joint The operation of the drum dryer is controlled by the adjustment of the drum speed and the heat applied. The material of construction and the size of the drum depend upon the character of the product and its capacity

Rotary Drum Flaker

Rotary Drum Flaker is similar to Drum Dryer, where the conversion of liquid in to flakes through cooling medium. Cooling water is circulated inside the drum during operation through drum hollow shaft and the operation is similar to Drum Dryer. The material of construction and the size of the drum depend upon the character of the product and its capacity
