Roots (Twin Lobe) Blowers

Roots air blower / twin lobe compressor is a positive displacement, constant volume machine to operate against varying pressures. With each revolution, the compressor delivers a metered amount of air measured at inlet conditions. Mechanical Vacuum Boosters

The volumetric performance of the conventional vacuum pumps becomes very poor in low pressure operations. Since twin lobe mechanical boosters are capable of handling large quantity of air even at this stage, they are bought in conjugation with the existing vacuum pump to boost its performance both volume and vacuum wise.

    Operation Principle
    The centrifugal pump is driven by a pair of magnet which are incorporated in the impeller and motor shaft respectively. PORTABLE SUBMERSIBLE SEWAGE PUMP

  • FIRST PHOTOGRAPH is for light weight portable sewage pump upto 7.5 HP use for flowing dirty water not for thick liquid like sludge. The float is provided in single phase model to automatic start and stop.
